3. Orders and Acceptance

Non-Returnable Items:

- Storage drives that show signs of data writing or formatting
- Items that have been opened or used (beyond initial inspection)
- Sale items and gift cards
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: If you're in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason without justification. Your item must be unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
Refunds: We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days.
Exchanges: The fastest way to get a replacement is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Consumer Protection: Your statutory consumer rights under applicable law are not affected by this return policy. Where local consumer protection laws provide greater rights, those take precedence.

Statutory Rights: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
