The Memblaze PBlaze6 6530 Series represents the next generation of enterprise PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSDs, delivering exceptional performance with up to 1,100,000 IOPS random read and 6.8 GB/s sequential read speeds. Built on Memblaze's self-developed Unified Framework Platform (MUFP) with 176-layer 3D TLC NAND flash, this series features ultra-low latency (72μs read, 11μs write) and industry-leading power efficiency - 172% better than its predecessor with typical 11W power consumption and flexible adjustments from 6W to 14W. Available in two endurance variants: the PBlaze66 6530 offers up to 1.7 DWPD for mainstream workloads, while the high-endurance PBlaze66 6536 provides up to 3.5 DWPD for write-intensive applications. Enterprise-grade features include NVMe 1.4 support, TCG OPAL 2.0 encryption, full data path protection, power failure protection, telemetry, persistent event log, and NVMe-MI for out-of-band management. Ideal for hyperscale cloud computing, databases, virtualisation, AI/ML inference, high-performance software-defined storage, and latency-sensitive applications in finance, telecommunications, and data centres.
