KIOXIA Europe GmbH has officially announced the development of its CM9 Series SSDs — a major leap forward in enterprise-grade NVMe storage. These next-generation drives are the first of their kind to integrate KIOXIA’s 8th generation BiCS FLASH™ 3D TLC-based flash memory and the revolutionary CMOS directly Bonded to Array (CBA) architecture.
